Baking Experience

Former Cordon Bleu pastry instructor Chef Catharine Noel offers a three-hour baking experience which includes hands-on lessons covering scones, bagels, croissants, Kougin Amman (pronounced queen amman). This cooking course includes a complimentary apron, recipes, take-home goodies, as well as snacks and refreshments to keep your brain alert. The next one is at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 in the Owner's Kitchen and another one will take place on April 27 at 9:00 a.m. $99.00 per person (select two when booking for a couple; call when booking for more than two guests). Maximum five spots in each experience. As of April 5, there is 1 spot available on April 20, and 3 spots available on April 27. May dates to be announced soon!
