Description
Alexander Twilight was the first African American college student in the United States and graduated from nearby Middlebury College in 1823. Room 34 is the largest of the five Gate House rooms and is located on the second floor, with no rooms bordering it. The room is a carpeted, queen-bedded room, featuring a private bathroom with a standard tub/shower and unique wood floors painted a forest green. Large windows light up the room. The room also features a loveseat and a wing-back chair for your comfort and relaxation, as well as a desk. There is a small, unique open closet leading into the bathroom, perfect for suitcase storage and hanging up coats. There is also space for a rollaway bed or a pack-and-play if needed.
