Plein Air – Edgewater Gallery

Middlebury celebrates the art of outdoor painting with Plein Air 2022.
Edgewater Gallery, a pair of galleries, in fact, is truly one of the nicest places to view and buy art in Vermont, and is having its third annual paint out event.
Join them as they celebrate the art of plein air, which means painting and drawing outside in the great outdoors. It makes a lot of sense to practice plein air in the great natural beauty of Vermont and with the charm of small-town Middlebury.
This year’s program includes a two-day workshop with the great landscape artist Susan Abbott.
The event will feature two opening receptions one on each gallery. Saturday and Sunday will be the Paint Out Days.
The closing event is a cocktail reception and Wet Paint Sale. Please find the schedule below.
