It can be a little hard to find as it is located on the bottom floor of the Frog Hollow Mill—a beautiful stone building on Mill Street, right off Main Street in downtown Middlebury. As part of the Vermont Fresh Network, this restaurant is dedicated to teaming up with local Vermont farms to ensure that every dish that gets served is made of the highest quality and freshest local ingredients.
During the winter months, this restaurant is the best place to relax and unwind as it offers an intimate, cozy atmosphere—perfect for both a romantic evening out or meeting up with friends for dinner or a drink. They offer innovative American cuisine and their menu changes with the seasons. Some of the favorites include Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Steamed Mussels, Farrell Island Salmon, Wild Mushroom Risotto, and their delicious Banana Cream Pie.
